Terms of Service

I DRAW: Humanoids, ferals, open and closed species, gore, light sexual themes, light drug use, LGBTQ+ representation, fandom OCs, eyestrain colors, memes and chibis.
I DO NOT DRAW: Mecha and robotics, overly sexual themes, heavy gore, political and hate themes, commercial/media influencer figures, fandom characters (by themselves).
ASK: Depictions of ill mental health, firearms, fandom X OC, non-sexual nudity, religious themes.

● ALL art created MUST be credited to "AndyArtworks" with at least one link to my socials - do not claim art as your own.
● NO form of my art can be used for AI training or AI generation/reference/prompting.
● You are allowed to post arts created on other social platforms AS LONG AS proper credits are given.
● My signature (Æ on most images) may not be altered or removed.
● The art itself may not be altered unless previously discussed AND permitted.

● Custom characters can not be resold for a higher price UNLESS additional art of WORTH (ie, no dollmakers/picrews) has been added to the character's repertoire.

● ALL monetary pricing is done through USD.
● Payments are done through Paypal.
● Half-payments are expected upon commission confirmation; the other half asked once product is completed.
● Upfront full payments are allowed.
● Payment plans are allowed.
● Art is completed in stages and you will be kept up-to-date on its progress. Refunds will not be issued once inking of final line art has begun.

● Minimalistic Background - 5 USD
● Complexity/Props - 5 to 10 USD (can be discussed)
● Multi-Characters - Half of original prompt's cut per character
